Customer Service Representative / Receptionist: Qualified applicants possess excellent communication skills with clients and staff. Duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients and patients, filing, invoices, admitting and discharging patients, entering data, etc. Previous experience in a veterinary setting and with ezyVet practice management software is desirable but not required.
